1.) What are the available options for me to make a payment?
Ans: Currently, POSB bank transfer of funds is the only available option for customers to make their payment. To make your payment, please transfer the money to our POSB Savings account (POSB savings 249-35253-5).
2.) What's the difference between registered and normal mail?
Ans: Registered mail are mails that have a tracking number and it will be delivered to your doorstep. If no one is at home when the package arrives, the postman will leave a delivery notice card at your doorstep and sent the package to your nearest post office. You can call them to do a redelivery or collect it from the post office. If your package is lost during the delivery process, you can also track it down by using the tracking number. On the other hand, Normal mails are mails that do not provide such services. You might not be able to find back your package if it is lost. Do note that we will not be responsible for any loss of package during the delivery.
3.) Is meet up for the collection of goods available?
Ans: Yes. Meet ups are available. However, we will only do meet ups at Seng Kang MRT Station and Buangkok MRT station.
4.) The new product that you put up is very pretty! Can i exchange the product that i just brought from you to the new product you have since I have not worn it yet and they both have the same price.
Ans: No. Products sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5.) How long will it take for my products to arrive?
Ans: Your products will take about 3-5 working days after you have made your payment to arrive.
